Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a prominent Mortgage Provider, based in Greece. In this key role, you will support our German-speaking clients by assisting them with inquiries related to mortgage products, applications, and services.
Your fluency in German will be essential in delivering top-notch assistance to clients as you guide them through the mortgage application process, address their concerns, and provide information on various mortgage options. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their home financing goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding mortgage-related inquiries
• Assist clients with the mortgage application process, including documentation and eligibility queries
• Resolve customer issues and questions promptly and professionally
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and enhance the customer experience
• Stay informed about mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in finance or mortgage industries, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine interest in helping clients navigate their mortgage options
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
