Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. In this critical role, you will provide exemplary support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries related to our manufacturing processes, products, and services.

Your fluency in German will be essential as you engage with customers through various channels, offer technical support, and address any concerns they may have regarding their orders and the products we manufacture. You will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding manufacturing inquiries
• Assist customers with order tracking, product specifications, and technical support
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to improve our services

Requirements:
• Fluency in both German and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the manufacturing sector, is preferred
