Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, an established iGaming company, based in Greece. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to online gaming, account management, and customer experience.
Your fluency in German will be essential in addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for our users. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest level of service in the fast-paced iGaming industry.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in German through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with account registration, game inquiries, and payment processing
• Handle customer complaints and technical issues efficiently and courteously
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming regulations and company offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Gather customer feedback to inform service enhancements and improvements
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to solve problems proactively
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming or online gaming industry, is highly preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for the gaming industry and commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
