Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's HR & Payroll Software Provider team. In this important role, you will deliver exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to HR and payroll software solutions.

Your fluency in German will be essential to effectively communicate with clients, providing answers to their questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience with our software. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and facilitating the success of HR operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding HR and payroll software inquiries
• Assist customers with software navigation, features, and troubleshooting
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate solutions for complex issues
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about the latest updates in HR technology and payroll solutions


Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a problem-solving attitude
• Experience in customer service, particularly in software support or HR services, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in HR and payroll processes, eager to assist customers effectively
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
