Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Health Products Department, based in Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to health products and wellness solutions.

Your fluency in German will be essential in helping clients navigate product details, answer questions, and address concerns, ensuring they receive top-notch service while making informed health choices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding health product inquiries
• Assist customers with information about product availability, usage, and benefits
• Handle order processing, returns, and resolve any customer complaints professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective issue resolution
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality and product offerings
• Stay informed about health product developments and trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in health or retail sectors, is preferred
• Able to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in health and wellness, passionate about assisting customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
