Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Grocery Delivery Services Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide excellent support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate our grocery delivery platform and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your fluency in German will be essential in assisting clients with inquiries related to their orders, product availability, delivery schedules, and any concerns they may encounter. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a positive relationship with our grocery delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service in German through phone, email, and chat regarding grocery delivery services
• Assist customers with inquiries on product information, order tracking, and delivery issues
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance their experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services continually
• Stay up to date with promotions, new products, and industry trends in grocery delivery

Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or grocery services, is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for helping customers find the best grocery solutions
