German Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proactive German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Finance industry team. In this rewarding Junior role, you will provide top-notch support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with various financial inquiries and services.

Your fluency in German will be essential for addressing customer questions about account details, financial products, and transactions. By delivering exceptional service, you will help build trust and foster long-term relationships with our customers in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding financial inquiries and services
• Assist customers with questions about account management, transactions, and product offerings
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries
• Gather and report customer feedback to enhance our financial services
• Stay informed about trends in the finance industry to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and a strong focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service or finance is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for finance and helping clients achieve their financial goals
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
