Mercier Consultancy is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate our fashion offerings and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.
Your fluency in German will be crucial as you assist clients with inquiries regarding product information, order status, returns, and any other customer-related concerns. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction within the fashion industry.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product selection, sizing, and availability
• Resolve customer issues, including returns and exchanges, efficiently and effectively
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and product offerings
• Stay informed about the latest trends in fashion and apparel to provide informed assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Passion for fashion and providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
