Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Eco-Friendly Products Department for one of our clients. In this Entry Level role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of eco-friendly products and initiatives.
Your fluency in German will be crucial as you connect with clients, helping them understand the benefits of our sustainable offerings and addressing any concerns. You will play an essential role in reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding eco-friendly products
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, sustainability practices, and order processing
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to provide effective solutions to customer concerns
• Gather feedback and insights to help improve our eco-friendly offerings
• Stay informed about sustainability trends and product features to provide knowledgeable support
Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience in customer service, particularly in eco-friendly or sustainable products, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for sustainability and helping customers make informed choices
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
