Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client’s team in the Aviation industry. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and travel logistics.

Your fluency in German will be crucial as you guide clients through the specifics of their travel arrangements, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and address any issues they may encounter during their travel experience. You will play an integral part in maintaining high standards of customer service and promoting customer satisfaction within the aviation sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding aviation-related inquiries
• Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes to travel itineraries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage and expedite customer needs
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services and operational processes
• Stay informed about aviation industry trends and regulations to provide relevant and accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in aviation and helping customers navigate their travel experiences
