As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with service-related questions. You will gain valuable insights into the industry while helping clients navigate our offerings with ease.
Responsibilities
• Assist German-speaking clients with queries regarding our online services via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues related to online products and services and provide timely solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and document troubleshooting steps
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution
• Educate clients on product functionalities, features, and best practices
• Gather client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and support processes
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates in key online services technologies
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
