Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Care professional to join our team supporting a leading E-Commerce Platform in Greece. As a German Speaking Customer Care representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued German-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address their inquiries promptly and professionally, effectively resolving any issues they may encounter, helping to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience on our platform. Your ability to communicate clearly in German and empathize with customers will contribute significantly to building trust and customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships with our client base.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer support to German-speaking customers
• Assist customers with order processing, payment issues, returns, and product information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and billing to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on platform features and policies
Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in E-Commerce or retail
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
• Enthusiasm for E-Commerce and digital platforms
