As a Customer Care representative, you will interact with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. Your fluency in German will be crucial in helping our clients understand and utilize our services effectively, contributing to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries about climate tech products and services
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to effectively resolve customer issues
• Provide detailed information about product features and benefits in context to climate technology
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on climate tech advancements

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or care is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Passion for sustainability and climate technology
• Experience with customer support software is beneficial
