Your fluency in German will be crucial in managing user-generated content and facilitating effective communication within the community.

As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and moderating content, interacting with users, and leveraging AI tools to enhance moderation efficiency. Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content across various social media channels in German
• Review content submissions to ensure they align with community guidelines and brand values
• Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing questions and concerns promptly
• Utilize AI moderation tools to streamline monitoring and improve content review processes
• Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate behavior or content within the community
• Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and community experience
• Stay updated on current social media trends and effective moderation techniques

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using AI tools in content moderation or similar roles is a plus
