ABOUT THE ROLE
As an E-Commerce Content Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing online content for the client’s e-commerce platform. You will ensure a high-quality user experience, effective search engine optimization (SEO), and collaborate closely with the team to execute content-related projects. This position demands a high level of reliability, personal commitment, and a deep passion for digital content and e-commerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and Optimize E-Commerce Content: Ensure that the e-commerce platform offers a high-quality user experience and is optimized for search engines (SEO).

• Project Collaboration: Work closely with the team to execute content-related projects, including go-live campaigns and the implementation of new functionalities in the online shop.

• Availability and Responsiveness: Maintain full availability during regular working hours in the German time zone, with flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary. Provide fast response times to JIRA tickets and inquiries, typically on the same day, with immediate responses expected for urgent situations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in E-Commerce and Content Management: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce content.

• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a technical and IT affinity.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Interest in Digital Strategies: Strong interest in content management, SEO, user experience, and online content strategies.

• Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work closely with remote teams, maintaining clear and productive communication channels.
