Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department for one of our clients. In this crucial Entry Level role, you will provide exceptional support and expertise to our German-speaking clients as they explore and leverage our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions. Your knowledge will empower clients to understand the full potential of our offerings, ensuring they maximize the benefits of cloud technology.

As a consultant, your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, addressing client inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Your dedication to client satisfaction will help build strong, lasting relationships and contribute to the success of our clients' cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to SaaS and cloud computing products
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and contribute to service improvements
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in the SaaS and cloud computing industry

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
