Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will assist German-speaking clients in effectively managing their events and streamlining their ticketing processes. Your expertise will help ensure that clients achieve their attendance objectives and provide memorable experiences for their audiences.

As a consultant, you will work directly with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of setting up their events and optimizing ticket sales. Your fluent German communication skills will be essential in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored support tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients in setting up events and optimizing their ticket sales
• Provide training on platform features and best practices for successful event promotion
