Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled German Speaking Consultant to join our IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this key Entry Level position, you will be the go-to professional for our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support for their IT and cybersecurity needs. Your efforts will contribute significantly to ensuring that clients have robust security measures in place and effective IT operations.

As a consultant, your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting IT issues, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and delivering training on our software solutions. Your role is vital in facilitating communication and fostering trust with our clients, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to navigate their IT challenges successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to German-speaking clients regarding IT support and cybersecurity solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues in a timely manner
• Educate clients on cybersecurity best practices and assist in implementing effective security protocols
• Conduct training sessions to help clients utilize our IT support tools effectively
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and technical resolutions
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems and improve service offerings
• Stay informed of emerging trends in IT support and cybersecurity to enhance client assistance

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong understanding of IT support methodologies and cybersecurity practices
• Experience in a customer-facing technical support role is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with technical support tools and software
• Ability to clearly communicate technical subjects to non-technical clients
• A keen interest in technology and cybersecurity is highly desirable
