In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently. Your proficiency in German will enable you to build strong client relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients to address their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate product information. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a collaborative and friendly working environment in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services
• Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work with cross-functional teams to handle more complex client issues
• Educate clients on how to effectively use our products for optimal satisfaction
• Gather and share client feedback to improve service quality continuously
• Uphold a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy in all client interactions

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred
