In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to electric vehicles and our associated services. Your fluency in German will be crucial in ensuring clients receive the best possible advice and assistance.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients through various channels, addressing their questions and concerns regarding electric vehicles and providing comprehensive product information. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sustainable transportation and who excel in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in German via phone, email, and live chat regarding electric vehicle inquiries
• Resolve client issues and provide detailed information on electric vehicle products and services
