Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated German-Speaking Client Relations Associate for an exciting entry-level opportunity! Responsibilities
• Engage with clients in German through email, phone, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and implement feedback
• Provide clients with product information, updates, and support
• Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• An eagerness to learn and grow within the client relations field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
• No previous experience is required; however, internship or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous
