As an Anti-Fraud Agent, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within the company’s operations, protecting both the business and its customers. Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Investigate suspicious cases thoroughly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Implement anti-fraud strategies and update fraud prevention policies as necessary.
• Stay informed of new fraud trends and adapt detection techniques accordingly.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with compliance and risk management departments to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Assist in training colleagues on anti-fraud best practices and awareness.
Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in anti-fraud roles, preferably within financial services or FinTech environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and investigative mindset.
• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
