Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated German Sales Representative specializing in Energy Audits to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within the German market, promoting energy audit services that help businesses optimize their energy consumption and reduce costs. Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the German market needing energy audit services
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their energy efficiency needs
• Present and explain the benefits of our energy audit solutions to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of audit services
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape in the energy sector
• Participate in marketing and promotional events to raise brand awareness

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a professional attitude
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation costs fully covered)
• Knowledge of the German energy market and regulations is an advantage
