German & Lithuanian Speaking Service Coordinator

Position Overview: As a Service Coordinator , you will serve as the primary contact for customers, service teams, and dealerships in German- and Lithuanian-speaking regions. Your role will be to manage service requests, ensure seamless communication, and coordinate repair and maintenance appointments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and hassle-free experience. This is a hybrid role , allowing you the flexibility of working 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely , providing an ideal balance between teamwork and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for German- and Lithuanian-speaking customers , responding to service inquiries, scheduling maintenance, and handling complaints. Coordinate service appointments and repairs, liaising between customers and dealerships. Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders, including customers, technical teams, and service departments. Track and manage the status of service requests , ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided. Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution. Keep customers informed of the progress of their service requests. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and services performed in our CRM system. Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing feedback and suggestions with internal teams. Qualifications: Fluency in German and Lithuanian (written and spoken) is essential. Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a related role is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and solving problems efficiently. A background or interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. Proficiency with CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
