German Customer Services Executives
Train in London for 6 months - Then relocate to stunning apartments in Cape Town, South Africa (accommodation and all relocation expenses paid).
Our client, a global e-commerce group with stunning offices in London & Cape Town as well as other worldwide locations is currently looking for 10 ambitious and enthusiastic German speaking Outbound Customer Service Hosts to join the team.
First stop - London office: In London, you will receive all necessary training and start working. Accommodation support will be provided and the immigration team will sort your visa for a new job in Cape Town (South Africa). You will be based within luxurious office space, secure accommodation and will get accommodation expenses covered for the first 3 months.
It is a truly amazing opportunity for someone looking to gain great international experience as well as travel and explore other countries.
Successful candidate will possess the following specifications:
• Faultless standard of German
• Good English skills
• Have an enthusiastic and pro-active work approach
• Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
• Have a deadline and goal-oriented mind set
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
• Strong typing skills
• Educated to A-Level (or equivalent) or completed an apprenticeship
Key responsibilities will include:
• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers (in German)
• Daily sales and dials (in German)
• Managing key customer relationships
• Maintaining accurate database records at all times
• Working to deadlines and completing tasks assigned
• Taking full responsibility for handling customer queries
• Managing any other ad-hoc duties passed to you by the managers and supervisors
