Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Banking team in Greece. This role includes fully paid relocation, providing a seamless transition to work in an innovative and dynamic banking environment.
As a German Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering exceptional support related to digital banking products and services. Your expertise will help customers navigate online banking platforms, resolve issues, and enhance their banking experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in German for digital banking products and inquiries
• Assist customers with account queries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security concerns
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical and banking issues
• Stay updated on digital banking trends, products, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
• Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service within the banking or financial services industry is preferred
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and related technologies is a plus
• Able to multitask and handle inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; full relocation package provided
