Requirements: Responsibilities: Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process by answering Inquiries regarding reservations and attending to potential requests. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
