German Business-Growth Client Manager - Relocation to Bulgaria

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an experienced German Business-Growth Client Manager to join our team with relocation to Bulgaria provided for. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio within the German-speaking market, driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships; both from the office and home.

You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of German-speaking clients, focusing on long-term relationships
• Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with client goals
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present business reports, proposals, and updates to clients and management
• Relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to the new working environment and culture

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in client management, business development, or sales roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
