Security Management, risk management, audit and compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Central point of contact for customers regarding IT/TK security, risk management, audit and compliance.
• Support in the development and implementation of customer-specific security concepts.
• Assistance in handling security incidents related to customers.
• Coordination and support of security audits related to customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring and evaluation of the customer's security risk management.
• Assisting customers with business continuity planning and IT service continuity management.
Expertise and Experience:
• Extensive knowledge in IT/TK (telecommunications) security, risk management, audit and compliance.
• Experience in assisting customers with security-relevant issues from the bid phase through to the operational phase.
• Customer Proximity and Communication Skills:
• The Security Manager / Customer Security Manager represents the customer’s requirements, desires, and challenges within the provider's organization.
• He/she is the customer's central contact for all questions relating to IT and telecommunications security, risk management and compliance.
• Building and maintaining a network with all service-delivering departments.
• Enhancing the trust of customers, partners, and stakeholders by protecting their data and information
Language skills: English and German
