The Sales Team is a diverse group of team-oriented individuals that serves as the backbone of the overall sales process. The Regional Sales Manager will be managing sales and relationships with existing and new Genetec customers (Certified System Integrators), technology partners, consultants, and end users in the Caribbean and Central America.

What your day will look like:

• Develop the assigned sales territory for company products 
• Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners 
• Visit customers/partners/consultants at their premises 
• Manage forecasts and achieve quotas 
• Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals 
• Coordinate and facilitate communication with customers and MRs 
• Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, and consultants 
• Coordinate customer, integrator, consultant training 
• Update and maintain data in CRM or other applications 
• Acquire, maintain, and report adequate knowledge of product, market, and competition 
• Stay abreast of the products, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services 

More about you:

• 5+ years of experience in the Security Industry with VMS, Access Control, CCTV, or technology industry 
• Great experience in the Caribbean and Central America market
• Excellent presentation skills and experience doing client demonstrations 
• Proven sales achievement and/or track record within technology sales 

Great if you have:

• Ability to work in a complex sales environment 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Experience in the security industry with the ability to maintain contacts at different levels 
• Must have strong time management skills and be a multitasker 
• Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers, integrators, and consultants 
• Able to work independently, within a team environment 
• IP technology understanding and networking expertise will be considered an asset

El gerente regional de ventas se encargará de gestionar las ventas y las relaciones con los clientes actuales y nuevos de Genetec (integradores de sistemas certificados), socios tecnológicos, consultores y usuarios finales en el Caribe y América Central.

Cómo será tu día a día:

• Desarrollar el territorio de ventas asignado para los productos de la empresa 
• Identificar y realizar un seguimiento de las oportunidades, dar seguimiento a los clientes potenciales y distribuirlos entre los socios 
• Visitar a clientes, socios y consultores en sus instalaciones 
• Gestionar las previsiones y alcanzar los objetivos 
• Identificar las necesidades de los clientes, responder a solicitudes de información y de presupuesto, preparar presupuestos y redactar propuestas 
• Coordinar y facilitar la comunicación con los clientes y los representantes de ventas 
• Supervisar e informar sobre los niveles de satisfacción de los clientes, integradores y consultores 
• Coordinar la formación de clientes, integradores y consultores 
• Actualizar y mantener los datos en el CRM u otras aplicaciones 
• Adquirir, mantener y demostrar un conocimiento adecuado del producto, el mercado y la competencia 
• Mantenerse al día de los productos, las aplicaciones, los servicios técnicos, las condiciones del mercado, las actividades de la competencia, la publicidad y las tendencias promocionales mediante la lectura de la documentación pertinente y la consulta con los servicios de marketing y técnicos 

Un poco más sobre ti:

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en el sector de la seguridad con sistemas de gestión de vídeo (VMS), control de accesos, videovigilancia o el sector tecnológico 
• Amplia experiencia en los mercados del Caribe y Centroamérica
• Excelentes habilidades de presentación y experiencia en la realización de demostraciones para clientes 
• Logros de ventas demostrados y/o trayectoria en el ámbito de la venta de productos tecnológicos 

Genial si tienes:

• Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ventas complejo 
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación 
• Experiencia en el sector de la seguridad con capacidad para mantener contactos a distintos niveles 
• Debe tener sólidas habilidades de gestión del tiempo y ser capaz de realizar múltiples tareas 
• Capacidad para establecer buenas relaciones y credibilidad con clientes, integradores y consultores 
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, en un entorno de equipo 
• Se valorará el conocimiento de la tecnología IP y la experiencia en redes
