Established in Vietnam since 2018, SOCOTEC Vietnam works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, UK, USA, Spain, Netherlands and other SOCOTEC offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a Geotechnical Investigation.

MISSIONS

• Input Geotechnical Investigation (GI) data for UK-based projects;
• Process drillers' records and support automation of reporting processes;
• Generate factual report content: collate data, write summaries, process photographs;
• Import and check digital data (AGS format) in the central database;
• Process logs of borehole samples, trial pits, and field tests (e.g. gas/water monitoring, permeability testing);
• Use the Openground system to manage data entry for field testing and engineer logs;
• Liaise with UK project managers and geologists to prioritize workload;
• Prepare and finalize reports including mounting of site and core photographs;
• Ensure reporting deadlines for clients are met.
