Job Purpose
The 3D Geospatial System Developer is responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and deploying 3D geospatial applications for the Digital Twin platform, with a focus on client/server and web-based visualization environments. The role contributes to Digital Twin application enhancement using technologies such as Unreal Engine, CesiumJS, ArcGIS platform components, and enterprise databases, while ensuring compliance with GISCD development, security, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance 3D geospatial applications and visualization modules for the Digital Twin platform.
• Build and maintain client/server and web-based application components using Unreal Engine, CesiumJS, C++, .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate application components with ArcGIS services, enterprise databases, web services, and other Digital Twin data sources.
• Support requirement analysis, technical design, system design preparation, and implementation in line with SDLC and agile development practices.
• Develop and maintain web services and APIs using SOAP and REST standards.
• Work with ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Platform components as part of the solution architecture.
• Troubleshoot issues, improve code quality, and ensure compliance with coding, security, and ISO 27001-related controls.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment to target environments.
• Collaborate closely with GISCD teams and follow DM standards, source control practices, and project execution guidance.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application programming and software development.
• Hands-on experience in 3D geospatial application development using Unreal Engine, CesiumJS, or similar technologies.
• Experience in C++, .NET, .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Platform.
• Understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns.
• Experience with enterprise databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, and use of SQL/data extraction tools.
• Experience with Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with IIS/Apache and secure development practices aligned with ISO 27001 controls.
• Strong documentation, communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
