Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Technical Architect / Solution Consultant who will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements and translating them into scalable, robust, and efficient technical solutions on the Genesys platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Solution Consulting & Requirement Analysis
· Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
· Translate functional requirements into detailed technical architecture.
· Provide consultative guidance on Genesys features, capabilities, and best practices.
· Technical Architecture & Implementation
· Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Genesys Cloud / Genesys Engage.
· Ensure solution integrity, architecture standards, and deployment strategies.
· Oversee implementation, configuration, and third-party integrations.
· Project Delivery & Support
· Collaborate with development, integration, and QA teams.
· Conduct technical reviews and troubleshoot solution performance.
· Create documentation including design specs and deployment guides.
Must-Have Skills
· Strong experience as a Solution Consultant or Technical Architect in Genesys.
· Deep understanding of Genesys architecture, call flows, APIs, and integrations.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Hands-on experience with IVR, routing, APIs, and Genesys Cloud/Engage.
Good-to-Have Skills
· Genesys certifications.
· Contact Centre operations experience.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years in the Genesys ecosystem with 4+ years in architecture/consulting
