• 6+ years experience with Genesys Voice Platform(GVP) including:

o SIP Server

o URS

o Config Server

o DB Server

o Routing Stat Servers

o Reporting Stat Servers

o Interaction Center

• Contact center background

• Application Operation, Maintenance and Development

• Genesys Inbound Voice Application 8.1, GVP,WFM, Infomart, Interaction Workspace

• Change, Incident/Service Request/ Release Management on Genesys, Upgrades of Genesys
