Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with InformationTechnology

Preferred Skills :

• At least 5 years of experience with Contact center domain on Genesys platform

• At least 5 years’ experience in Genesys framework, eservices, Genesys routing strategies and composer

• At least 2 years’ experience in ORS, GVP

• At least 7 years of experience in project execution

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

• Analytical skills
