Position Overview
We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to represent Genesis of Bloomington-Normal and provide an exceptional ownership experience to our valued clients. This role is more than transportation—it’s about delivering a seamless, first-class experience that reflects the prestige of the Genesis brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver Concierge-Level Service – Provide transportation for clients or delivery of vehicles with the utmost courtesy, safety, and professionalism.

Coordinate Flawless Experiences – Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or transport by confirming details with the facility coordinator before departure and upon arrival.

Master Genesis Technology – Stay current on all vehicle features and technology to confidently assist and educate clients.

Provide Personalized Client Care – Anticipate needs, assist with luggage or personal items, and ensure a comfortable, premium travel experience.

Represent the Brand with Excellence – Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and communication style in all client and team interactions.

Support Dealership Operations – Assist sales and service teams with client handoffs, deliveries, and follow-up to enhance the customer journey.

Run Special Assignments – Perform errands, deliveries, and pick-ups for management as needed.

Demonstrate Team Commitment – Maintain flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to support dealership needs as assigned.

Uphold Company Standards – Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Illinois Driver’s License with an exceptional driving record (no moving violations, DUI convictions, or speeding tickets).

Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to interact seamlessly with clients, team members, and management.

Customer-Centric Mindset – Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated client experience with poise and discretion.

Professionalism Under Pressure – Ability to remain composed and effective while meeting deadlines.

Independence & Initiative – Capable of managing tasks autonomously within established guidelines.

Education – High school diploma or GED required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

Ability to perform all job functions safely and successfully, including sitting, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Consistent, punctual attendance in compliance with all applicable standards and company expectations.
