Your tasks:
We are looking for a designer who rethinks classic design and uses generative AI as a central tool. You will develop high-quality visual marketing assets, automate design processes, and shape the future of design at the intersection of creativity and technology.

• Creative Consulting: You will attend marketing briefings and translate them into strong visual concepts.
• Asset Creation & Design: You will develop digital marketing assets (display ads, social, video) using generative AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite
• AI-First Workflow: You will use generative AI tools to make design processes faster, smarter, and more scalable
• Innovation: You will test new AI models and tools to continuously develop our creative standards

Requirements:
• Education & Experience: Degree, training, or professional experience in design; relevant AI portfolio desirable
• AI Competence: Experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering
• Design Know-how: Adobe Creative Suite, flair for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Technical affinity: Basic knowledge of APIs/automation of design processes; interest in scalable workflows is an advantage
• Communication: You can clearly present creative concepts to clients and technical stakeholders (German & English)
• Attitude: Curious, eager to experiment, and data-savvy, with the ambition to actively shape the role of the designer in the AI age

Salary:
The gross annual salary for this mid-level position starts at €48,000. Depending on your experience and qualifications, a fair premium is provided. Overtime is paid or compensated with time off. You do not have an all-in agreement.
