We are looking for Virtual Professionals based in the Philippines.
This is a fully remote position for the role of General Virtual Assistant (Operations & Execution Support) – Philippines | US Hours

Role Summary
A General Virtual Assistant (GVA) is responsible for executing operational tasks across the business with speed, accuracy, and full ownership.
This is not a “task receiver” role.
You are expected to take unclear instructions, clarify quickly when needed, and finish execution without being followed up repeatedly.
In practice, you will:
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks across multiple functions
• Coordinate between people, tools, and systems
• Follow instructions—but also fill gaps when instructions are incomplete
• Keep workflows moving without being reminded
• Own completion, not just activity
You are not here to ask for constant direction—you are here to make execution happen.

Core Responsibilities
1. Task Execution Across Operations
• Receive tasks from leadership and execute them immediately without delay
• Break down unclear instructions into actionable steps and proceed
• Ask only the minimum necessary clarifying questions
2. Calendar, Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Prevent conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up without being reminded
3. Admin & Workflow Management
• Handle recurring admin tasks (documentation, updates, tracking, reporting)
• Ensure systems are updated in real time—not end-of-day backlog updates
• Spot missing tasks or gaps and close them without being asked
4. Communication & Follow-Ups
• Follow up with internal or external stakeholders until tasks are completed
• Do not let tasks stall due to non-responsiveness
• Escalate only when necessary—not as default
5. Tool & System Management
• Use tools (CRM, spreadsheets, project management systems) accurately and consistently
• Keep data clean, structured, and up to date at all times
• Identify and fix inconsistencies in records or workflows
6. Execution Ownership
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish
• Do not wait for “next steps”—define them when missing
• Ensure nothing assigned to you stays incomplete without clear status
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• 2+ years experience in VA, admin, operations, or support roles
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented under pressure
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping follow-ups
• Willing to work US-aligned hours from the Philippines
