About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful General Virtual Assistant to provide essential scheduling and logistical support to the Managing Partner of an executive search firm. This role requires excellent written English, consistent reliability, and the ability to manage administrative priorities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Coordination: Manage scheduling workflows between candidates, clients, and the Managing Partner.
Logistical Support: Assist in arranging business development meetings, including researching and booking venues like restaurants or private rooms.
Workflow Maintenance: Monitor scheduling needs, resolve basic conflicts, and keep all parties informed.
Professional Communication: Handle all email and message interactions with a high level of courtesy.
Task Management: Execute administrative duties independently with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management abilities.
Professional demeanor and reliable work ethic.
Comfortable working remotely and following established processes.

Software Proficiency:
Productivity: Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PPT, Word, Excel)
Communication: LinkedIn Recruiter, WhatsApp
Tools: Xero (informational), AI productivity tools (Perplexity, Otter)

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
