General Test Manager

Tasks::
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple delivery teams
• Manage release and change processes throughout the development lifecycle
• Define and maintain testing and release standards
• Plan and oversee test execution, defect handling, and reporting
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to manage dependencies

Requirements::
• Prior experience as a Test Manager and/or Release Manager
• Strong background in coordinating end-to-end testing in complex, multi-team environments
• Proven experience with release and change management
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and lifecycle management
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, quality-driven mindset
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or financial/consumer systems is a plus
