We are presently looking for two General Practitioners to join busy private practices in Adelaide. Both practices provide robust clinical support, competitive remuneration packages, and flexible working arrangements.
1. GP Opportunity – Southern Suburb of Adelaide, 40min from CBD
• Mixed-billing, purpose-built practice with spacious consulting rooms.
• Strong clinical support with 8 GPs and 2 RNs on duty at all times.
• Remuneration & Incentives:
• 30% service fee for billings under $20k/month, 25% for billings above $20k/month.
• $175/hr retainer for 3 months.
• $40,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus (2-year minimum term).
• $10,000 (FTE) professional development co-contribution.
• Work flexibility:
• Mon-Fri: 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM
• No fixed hours—work as many days and hours as desired.
• No after-hours or on-call requirements.
• DPA/MM1 area – 6-month exemption considered.
• Reason for vacancy: Two doctor going on maternity leave and one relocating to a metro area.
• Location perks: Coastal lifestyle, close to McLaren Vale wine region, excellent schools and childcare options.
2. GP Opportunity – Northern Suburb of Adelaide, 30min from CBD
• Mixed-billing, newly renovated clinic with a large presence.
• Strong clinical support with 7 GPs, nurses, and allied health staff.
• Remuneration & Incentives:
• 25% service fee.
• $175/hr retainer for 3 months.
• $40,000 (FTE) sign-on bonus (2-year minimum term).
• Work flexibility:
• No fixed hours—work as many days and hours as desired.
• Mon-Fri: 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM, Sat-Sun: 9.00 AM - 2.00 PM
• Keen on GPs interested in after-hours care:
• Weeknights until 9 PM.
• Saturdays 8 AM – 4 PM.
• Sundays 8 AM – 4 PM.
• DPA 6-month exemption considered.
• Reason for vacancy: Expansion of the practice and a retiring doctor.
