What You Might Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you could:

• Partner with customers to translate AI-driven insights into meaningful operational and safety improvements

• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for impact

• Build and scale systems, products, or processes that drive real-world outcomes

• Support onboarding, implementation, and long-term customer success

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams

• Contribute to playbooks, tools, and best practices as we grow

Who We’re Looking For

• Are passionate about improving safety, operations, or risk through technology

• Have experience or interest in areas like engineering, data, product, sales, customer success, safety/EHS, or operations

• Enjoy solving complex, real-world problems

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Take ownership and are eager to make an impact

Nice to Have (Varies by Role)

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments

• Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or SaaS platforms

• Background in safety, risk management, or EHS

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

• Strong analytical or technical skillset
