Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities
• Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems.
• Preparing and processing documents, forms, and correspondence.
• Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
