Job Summary
-We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the offering of our group products and services into Vietnam.
-The GM will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
-The GM will also be responsible for hiring and managing the team responsible for business outcomes with respect to Vietnam.
-This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market and business environment.
-The successful candidate must be based in Vietnam, have an excellent command of Vietnamese and strong fluency in English.
-The candidate should possess strong technical and product understanding of digital assets and the general ecosystem.
-The candidate must have business, regulatory and governmental experience at a fast-paced start-up environment in a regulated sector, as well as stakeholder relationships in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets in Vietnam.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the Vietnam operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and government authorities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Drive a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public forums.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align local operations with overall company strategy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong government relations in Vietnam.
• Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or Country Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese market, business practices, and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial enough to handle a JV
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bilingual English/Vietnamese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in crypto/ technology/financial services/Internet industry is a plus.
