A private organisation is seeking an experienced senior leader to take on a broad General Manager role within a developing business environment.
This position involves contributing to ongoing organisational priorities, supporting planning activities, and providing leadership across a range of functional areas. The role will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to assist in progressing business initiatives over time.

Requirements:
Essential
• Experience in a senior leadership or general management capacity
• Ability to operate across a range of business functions
• Comfortable working in an environment with evolving priorities
• Sound judgment and decision-making capability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and support teams effectively
Preferred
• Experience in project-based, operational, or asset-intensive environments
• Familiarity with regulated or stakeholder-driven industries
• Exposure to multi-disciplinary teams or geographically distributed operations
Benefits:
• Base salary of 300,000 - 350,000 AUD
