General Manager - Reporting and Analytics Lead

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work closely with cross functional teams like Subscriber Marketing, Content, IT/Tech, Data Science, and Product team to identify & solve key business problems. Key responsibilities for this position are listed below:

§ Transform business processes by working across teams and functions to extract insights.

§ Manage reporting requirements collection; construct the conceptual model and design data flow processes

§ Strong technical skills and business acumen to help turn data into actionable insights

§ Implementing solutions for optimizing and automating existing reporting leveraging tools like Tableau / Power BI, Python, SQL etc.

§ Experience with design and implementation of ETL / Streaming processes

§ Expert level ability to develop visualization story using advanced BI tools

Qualifucations:

§ Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in business analytics / engineering or any other quant discipline with 12+ years of experience

§ Extensive experience in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau (expert)

§ Strong technical expertise in SQL, AWS, Snowflake, Python

§ Should have developed automated suite of reports and instrumental in driving automation and consolidation of business reports/dashboards

§ Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.

§ Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

§ Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
