SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager for Nirema Hotel & Spa M Gallery by Accor in beautiful Samos. This role demands a confident leader who can blend luxury hospitality standards with genuine guest experience, while driving operational excellence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all hotel operations ensuring high standards across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
• Uphold and embody the Accor M Gallery brand standards and culture, ensuring consistent delivery of memorable guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve financial goals, including revenue growth and profitability targets.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to optimize performance.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community to enhance the hotel’s positioning and reputation.
• Drive marketing initiatives and collaborate with corporate sales teams to maximize market penetration and guest loyalty.
• Monitor guest feedback and online reputation, implementing improvements to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury or upscale branded properties.
• Proven track record managing multi-department teams and delivering strong commercial results.
• Deep understanding of Accor brand standards and luxury hospitality market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Ability to inspire and develop teams in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Greek language skills are a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
