General Manager at Kosea Boutique Hotel.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall management and operational excellence of our boutique hotel. Your focus will be on delivering unique guest experiences, building strong relationships with staff and stakeholders, and driving the hotel’s profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the daily operations of Kosea Boutique Hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience and operational efficiency across all departments.
• Develop and implement business plans, financial strategies, and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead and inspire the hotel team, fostering a culture of engagement, open communication, and professional development.
• Monitor performance metrics and utilize guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational processes.
• Manage budgets, prepare reports on hotel performance, and communicate results to stakeholders and corporate office.
• Build and maintain strong community relationships, representing Kosea Boutique Hotel to local businesses and tourism boards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, upholding the hotel’s reputation and the brand’s standards.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or lifestyle hotel.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing operating budgets.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Proficient in hotel management software and financial systems.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
