We are currently accepting applications for an experienced General Manager to manage and lead a luxury dealership operation, drive profitability, and maintain world class customer experience. 

As the General Manager at Jackie Cooper Imports, you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that directly impact the dealership's success and the Jackie Cooper Brand. Your role demands unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership. This role requires a proven luxury automotive leader with a strong track record in luxury brand dealership performance, team development, and delivering world class customer experience.

• Develop comprehensive expertise in Mercedes Benz vehicles and technology to drive customer satisfaction metrics.
• Effectively communicate corporate strategic vision to management and operational teams. Utilize market analysis to inform critical decision-making processes in sales team management, inventory control, and business operations.
• Implement rigorous recruitment and retention strategies to secure and maintain top-tier talent. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs and establish quantifiable performance standards. Demonstrate capacity to lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
• Exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, serving as a model for productivity, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Conduct thorough analysis and presentation of business performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Establish ambitious yet attainable departmental goals and provide decisive leadership to consistently achieve these objectives.
• Implement effective strategies to maximize employee performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and results-oriented operations.

• Extensive automotive dealership management experience is imperative, with a comprehensive understanding of sales, finance, and service operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and retain high-performing talent is essential.
• Proficiency in computer systems and automotive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is required.
• Exemplary professional demeanor, coupled with superior verbal and written communication skills, is crucial. A steadfast focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities are non-negotiable.
• Advanced interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities are mandatory, as is the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven expertise in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships is a critical requirement for this position.
