Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and results?
We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to take the reins at Ibis Aberdeen CentreQuayside,-107 keys.      A city-centre hotel in the heart of Aberdeen often known at the Granite City.
The hotel is within easy reach of various attractions and is in one of the oldest street in Aberdeen; rich in history and stories waiting to be told!
YOUR ROLE:
- Take full responsibility for hotel operations, financial results, and brand standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with ibis and Accor standards
- Create a positive, inclusive culture where people love to work and grow.
- The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours.
- Drive sales, control costs, and maximise revenue across rooms and F&B.
